Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you agree to the terms of use and agree to use the site in accordance with all applicable laws. If you do not agree to the stated terms you must cease to use this website. We may periodically change the terms, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes carried out.

Pretzel World (PW) takes privacy very seriously and no information will be given out to any third party.

For ALL Pretzel World Vouchers

  1. No Loyalty Card stamp will be issued.
  2. Original Vouchers Only.
  3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pretzel World voucher.
  4. Only one Voucher per transaction.
  5. Voucher must be surrendered at redemption.
  6. May not be reproduced or copied by any means what-so-ever.
  7. Pretzel World franchisees and their staff have the right to refuse the use of the Voucher if there is any evidence of tampering or duplication.
  8. Voucher-holders have the right to request Pretzel World to assess any decision made by Pretzel World franchisees, by writing to info@pretzelworld.ae

For Little Twisters Classes

  1. 50% deposit payment is required to secure booking.
  2. Full refund will be given if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to class start . 
  3. No refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 48 hours of class start time. 
  4. Vouchers provided are valid on the next day for a period of 30 days.
  5. Vouchers will follow Pretzel World Voucher Terms and Conditions.
  6. A consent form must be filled for each child to participate in the class.
  7. If permission is provided to Pretzel World to use media and guardians wish to remove, then you may send requests to Pretzel World in writing to info@pretzelworld.ae . Pretzel World will remove media under its control within 72 hours upon confirming receipt of the request (on occasions it may take longer for the removal media to take effect).

Buy One Pretzel Get One Free Voucher (BOGOF)

  1. A BOGOF Voucher entitles the recipient, on presentation of the Voucher, to receive a free Pretzel, up to the same value, when purchasing any other Pretzel at the relevant store’s normal selling price.
  2. The redemption offer is available at only the store that is named on the Voucher.
  3. The redemption offer must be used on or before the expiry date.
  4. If no expiry date or store is named the BOGOF Voucher is deemed invalid.
  5. Only one transaction per BOGOF Voucher may be used.
  6. No Loyalty Card stamp will be issued.

Free Coffee With Pretzel Voucher (FC)

  1. A FC Voucher entitles the recipient, on presentation of the Voucher, to receive a free 8 oz coffee when purchasing any Pretzel at the relevant store’s normal selling price.
  2. The redemption offer is available at only the store that is named on the Voucher.
  3. The redemption offer must be used on or before the expiry date.
  4. If no expiry date or store is named the FC Voucher is deemed invalid.
  5. Only one transaction per FC Voucher may be used.
  6. No Loyalty Card stamp will be issued.

Pretzel World Loyalty Card (LC)

  1. The LC will be stamped once, for every Pretzel [Coffee] purchase.
  2. There is a limit of one (1) stamp per Pretzel [Coffee], no matter the value.
  3. There are no limits per transaction. If a customer purchases 5 Pretzel [Coffee] in one transaction, they are entitled to 5 stamps.
  4. LC are for the individuals use only and are not transferable (ie cannot be shared).
  5. Only one LC discount can be redeemed per transaction.

Pretzel World Food Delivery

  1. We will aim to delivery your ordered items as close as possible to your requested delivery time. 
  2. Customer agrees to accept delivery of the order at the agreed time and place.
  3. Pretzel World uses Third Party providers for delivery of its food items. 
  4. All care is taken to pack food items to ensure safe transport.
